We are looking for a Bilingual Administrative Assistant (English and Spanish) to support the daily operations of our real estate office and provide excellent service to our national and international clients.
Requirements

Bilingual: English and Spanish (spoken and written, intermediate-advanced level, mandatory)

Strong spelling and writing skills

Previous experience in administrative tasks (preferably in real estate, banking, or customer service)

Knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (not mandatory)

Strong organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills

Availability to work on-site (office) and occasionally in the field

Driver’s license
