Sarah Booth, Canadian.. originally from England followed her dream of living in Latin American in her early 30’s upon selling her Property Management Company in Whistler, B.C. Her dream started in Puerto Vallarta Mexico, where she invested in rental properties, introduced her neighbors to her rental pool and ultimately facilitated purchases and sales through her world-wide networks.
Panama was buzzing and following an International Living conference in 2006 ,Panama City, Sarah realized the investment and lifestyle opportunities Panama offered and began investing in rental properties in Panama City and the beach area of Coronado. 14 investments later, she manages her own rentals in a very personal fashion. and enjoys meeting her guests who arrive from all corners of the world.
Sarah has had great success (and admittedly a “ton of fun, even after surviving 8 renovations”) offering short term rentals and full hospitality services in Panama City and Coronado to her clients and guests. As an avid golfer and sun seeker, Coronado became the ideal location to settle; particularly due to the many amenities and social aspects of life in the community, as well as close proximity to Panama City.
Sarah invites you to contact her to find out WHY Panama is the BEST destination move in the world, from affordable living, to business opportunities and retiree incentives. On her first visit to Panama in 2003 Marla Diaz knew she was home. She and her husband Roberto travelled to Panama from the US at least once a year for the following 8 years and finally made the permanent move in early 2011. She has not looked back since.
When asked how long she plans to live in Panama her answer is simply, “I’m home, I’m here for good.”
Her passions are travelling, experiencing other cultures, surfing and being a mommy. She has travelled extensively on both coasts of the US, Europe, Asia and parts of Central America. Panama is one of her favorite places on the planet. She always knew that she wanted to raise her family outside of the US in a tropical location. For her, Panama is the perfect place to settle down because of its location, safety and slower pace of living. She loves the location and ease of travel to the United States. Panama is safe and as a result of the US influence in the country for so many years, it has the perfect blend of American culture for her to feel familiar yet different. She feels the people of Panama are kind, generous and full of life. As a result of the Panama Canal the country is very international and cultures from around the world melt here which appeals to her. The smaller towns outside of the capital offer a slower pace of life similar to her upbringing in South Carolina. And last but certainly not least, being able to own an ocean front home was a dream come true that may not have been possible in the US.
When it comes to Real Estate Marla s philosophy is simple. Listen. People will let you know what they want and what will make them happy. She makes it her personal responsibility to bridge the gap between what people have and what people want. She really enjoys taking time to get to know the client and bringing them closer to their dream whether it be buying a perfect retirement home, vacation home or selling a home that no longer serves them. She has over 20 years in providing great customer service and believes it’s the little things that make the biggest difference.
Living five years in Panamá and born in a latin country, Venezuela, having european parents, spanish and german, and a son living in the United States gives me a complete vision being a citizen of the world!
My university studies to become a educational licenced teacher and a graphic designer, bussiness and administration profesional, and working on sales and real state for years, gave me the tools to love the attention to the public and to understand the needs of my clients. Always in the field of sales I have developed my career attending and understanding the needs of people. Now I capitalize, once again, all the knowledge to help others to find their home, their business or their investment in this beautiful country I decided to take as my homeland and make it yours too ... Panama!!
My name is Florencia but I love to be called by my nickname “Flor”. I was born in Argentina and I have lived in Panama for 17 years. It is a beautiful country that has given me many blessings for which I am very grateful. Among them are my son, Tao, my life partner, Cesar, and his two children.
As a young student in Argentina I studied Hospitality and earned a degree in Hotel Management. I worked for 5 years in the field and then I went sailing around the world with a good friend. I lived in Trinidad & Tobago, Curacao, Aruba, Bonaire, Venezuela, and Colombia. After visiting all these beautiful beaches and islands, we arrived in Panama. I love it here, and I have made it my home.
I am a soul surfer, and it is one of the greatest passions of my life. I am a successful business owner and I have been running the Panama Surf School for 10 years at El Palmar beach.
For the past 10 years, I have also been involved in real estate. In the beginning, I was only trying to help friends find houses or make good investments, but over time I gained a lot of valuable experience. I really like to help those who are looking for a home and are in that special moment of their lives. It makes me happy to be part of a good decision that brings people joy. This is what I like most about being a real estate agent.

Proud of his Panamanian roots, he was raised in Panama City until he left for the United States as a teenager, eventually graduating at Loyola University with a marketing and international business degree. His passion for travelling and learning from other cultures brought him to live in Venezuela, Spain, Sweden; and in the US, California, Hawaii, Georgia, Tennessee and Louisiana. He moved to the island of Maui to fulfill a life-long dream to learn to surf and a few years later ended up writing several children s books about surfing, ocean safety and skateboarding. His passion for surfing kept bringing back to his home country of Panama where together with his wife they lead surf and yoga expeditions. After noticing the boom in Panama’s real estate market, he invested with a group of previous clients and friends from his surf expeditions acquiring a right of possession, beach front hectare. In time, he was able to convert the beach front property into title land through a long and bureaucratic process. He is currently starting the process to develop it into a community for executives and professionals who enjoy surfing with their families. His exposure to various markets has served him to adapt to the ever changing demands of the real estate market, its clients and Panama’s idiosyncrasies. He is able to understand how challenging and daunting it can be to move to a foreign country and is the reason why his sole intent is to make that transition as carefree as possible for his clients. Roberto excels at listening and finding out what people are truly looking for in a property. He then sets out to find the most idyllic place for the clients, fulfilling their dreams of owning a property, house or condominium in Panama.
