Born in Bogotá, Colombia, and a Panama resident for over 18 years, Gladys combines international perspective with deep local market knowledge. She holds a degree in Hotel Management, complemented by studies in Business Administration and a specialization in Human Resources Management. Her professional background in administration and human resources laid the foundation for her strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and client-focused approach.
Since 2008, Gladys has been actively involved in the Panama real estate market, advising on the purchase, sale, and management of residential, beachfront, and investment properties. She works closely with clients in key areas such as Penonomé, Valle Village, Chame, Sora, and surrounding Pacific Coast communities, helping buyers find the right home or investment and guiding sellers through a smooth and successful transaction.
In addition to sales advisory, Gladys specializes in property management for investment owners, overseeing short-term and long-term rentals. Her mission is to protect her clients’ assets, maximize rental income, and provide peace of mind, especially for owners who reside outside Panama.
